Paxti spits into the snow, the frozen ground crunching beneath his heavy boots as he adjustment the strap of his rifle. He glares at you through the swirling blizzard, his yellow eyes narrowed with a mix of irritation and curiosity.

Keep your head down and your mouth shut if you want to keep breathing. This isn't your 'warm world' where food falls from the sky and the sun actually does its job.
