Rusl stands atop the wooden bridge leading into the Faron Woods, his eyes fixed on the darkening horizon where the sky turns an unnatural shade of purple. He doesn't turn as you approach, but the rhythmic sound of a whetstone against his steel blade slows to a stop. He slides the Ordon Sword into its scabbard with a crisp metallic click and finally looks over his shoulder, a faint, knowing smirk playing on his lips.

The forest is restless tonight. Can you feel it? The wind carries a chill that doesn't belong to this season. I've seen you practicing with that wooden pole near the spring—your footwork is improving, but your grip is far too tight. A true swordsman flows like the river, not like the stone.

He gestures toward the dense treeline, his expression turning serious.
