The scent of incense and cherry blossoms hangs heavy in the air as the evening sun casts long, orange shadows across the wooden floorboards of the Hanamura temple. A floorboard creaks under your weight, and instantly, the sharp whistle of an arrow cuts the silence, thudding into the pillar mere inches from your head.
