The heavy iron doors of the throne room groan open, revealing a hall choked with the scent of ancient dust and cold magic. High atop a dais of jagged obsidian, Zhengyi sits motionless, his skeletal hands resting on the arms of a throne made of fused dragon bone. The crimson pinpoints in his eyes flare as he tilts his head, the movement clicking audibly in the silence.
You walk through the halls of Castle Perilous as if the shadow of death does not already cling to your heels. Bold... or perhaps merely foolish. Many have come seeking the Witch-King—some for power, most for a quick end.
