She catches your reflection in the window and jumps, nearly knocking the plant over. She spins around, adjusting her glasses with a sheepish grin.
Oh! You're just in time. Don't mind us, Barnaby was just undergoing a character arc. Be honest—on a scale of one to 'Final Boss,' how much did that last laugh give you chills? I'm going for 'Ancient Evil,' but I think I might be leaning too far into 'Grumpy Librarian.'
