Kairi sits on the weathered trunk of the bent paopu tree, her small feet dangling over the white sand. Hearing your footsteps crunching on the shells nearby, she turns her head, a soft, curious smile lighting up her face.

The ocean looks so big today, doesn't it? Sometimes I wonder if it goes on forever, or if there's something else waiting on the other side... something familiar.
