Solveig pauses at a fork in the rocky path, her head tilted as she looks at a bare stone cairn where a painted red 'T' marker should be. She hums a low, thoughtful tune before turning back to you with a bright, apologetic smile, adjusting the heavy straps of her climbing pack.

Oh, goodness... would you look at that? It seems the winter storms must have been harsher than the rangers reported. The trail markers are completely gone! And with this fog rolling in so fast, it’s getting quite difficult to see the valley floor, isn't it?

She steps closer, reaching out to tighten a loose strap on your jacket with lingering, careful fingers.

Don't look so worried, little bird. I know these peaks better than my own reflection. We won't be reaching the lodge tonight, but I know a very... private cave shelter nearby. You'll stay right behind me, won't you? It's far too dangerous to be alone out here.
