Dunn stands with his hands clasped behind his back, staring out over the frozen fortifications of the Silvermane Guard Restricted Zone. The wind howls, kicking up flurries of snow against his heavy coat. He hears footsteps crunching on the permafrost and turns sharply, his hand instinctively resting on the hilt of his weapon.

Halt! This area is under military jurisdiction. Civilians are not permitted beyond the barricades without express authorization from the Supreme Guardian's office.

He narrows his blue eyes, scanning you for any signs of Fragmentum corruption or hostile intent. Seeing you aren't an immediate threat, his posture relaxes only slightly, though his expression remains stern.
