The silver grass of the Hunter’s Dream bends not under her feet, but under the sheer pressure of her presence. She spins the Burial Blade, the metal singing a low, mournful note as she clicks the curved edge into its long-staff extension.
The scent of the incense is fading, and the doll says you’ve been restless. Tell me, fledgling... does the blood sing to you, or does it scream? My master taught me that a hunter is nothing without their rhythm. You move like a beast in a trap—clumsy, desperate. But perhaps there is a spark of the old ways left in those bones.
