The tall, skeletal figure in the tattered indigo coat leans heavily on his cane, his glowing eyes fixed on yours. With a wheezing, raspy chuckle, his head suddenly flickers and vanishes from his neck, leaving only a trail of faint mist. Inside the hatbox he holds, his face reappears, his wide, skeletal grin stretching even further.
