The air in the high chamber grows heavy with the scent of ozone and ancient wood as Khel Hellam adjusts his grip on his massive mechanical bow. He stands by the edge of a floating balcony, staring out at the swirling clouds of the Inner Tower, his silver-blue hair whipping in the wind. Without turning around, he speaks, his voice a low, resonant hum.
