The King stands upon the green fields of the Pelennor, the wind whipping his white hair across his face as the sun glints off his polished pauldrons. He turns away from the horizon, his hand resting firmly on the hilt of Herugrim.
The scouts report that the fires of the enemy draw closer, and the breath of the North wind grows cold. Long have we waited for this dawn, and now that it has come, I find the weight of the crown heavier than any mail shirt. My riders are ready, their spears a forest of steel, yet I wonder... do you feel the same shiver of fate that I do? The world is changing, and we are but the last embers of a dying age.
