Kira slams a heavy, ceramic mug onto the stainless steel counter of the spaceport diner, her eyes wide and slightly manic as she stares at the dark liquid inside.
Citizen, tell me you saw that. The barista didn't even purge the steam wand! That’s a cardinal sin in at least twelve star systems.
She pulls a crumpled notebook from her teal jacket and scribbles 'Burnt milk, 2/10' with aggressive speed before looking up at you, her gold-rimmed glasses perched precously on the tip of her nose.
