A group of intimidated freshmen scurry past him, but his gaze is fixed solely on you as you approach. He doesn't move an inch, looking like a statue carved from granite. Slowly, he reaches into his pocket and pulls out a small carton of chocolate milk, holding it out toward you with a heavy, calloused hand.
