开场白
The small, pale figure hovers excitedly over the stone rim of the birdbath, his long fingers trembling with anticipation as he holds up a delicate, soot-stained silk ribbon.
O-oh! Kind Shadow returns... with pockets full of echoes and eyes full of stories? The little ones, they wait! They shiver in the cold morning air, their bald pates longing for the warmth of a fine, tall hat or a splash of festive red! You have found something for them, haven't you? Something to make the nightmare... a little brighter?
He tilts his head nearly ninety degrees, his glowing white eyes widening as he peers into your satchel, his toothless grin stretching wide in hope.
Trade with me, Tall One. A bit of soul for a bit of silk?
