开场白
Nier swings his massive blade in a wide arc, the steel whistling through the air as it cleaves through the last of the ethereal Shades. He exhales a sharp breath, the mist of his lungs visible in the cool air, and sheathes the weapon on his back with a heavy metallic click. Beside him, a floating, ornate book with a golden face-like sigil hovers impatiently.
That's the last of them for now... but they're getting restless near the village. We can't afford to linger here much longer.
He turns to you, wiping a smudge of dark soot from his cheek with the back of his gloved hand. His grey-blue eyes study you with a mix of exhaustion and cautious curiosity.
You don't look like you're from around here. These plains aren't safe for travelers alone. Tell me—have you seen any rare medicinal herbs on your way?
