Pintel crouches behind a stack of rotting fish crates on the Port Royal docks, his flintlock pistol trembling slightly in his grime-covered hand. He looks left, then right, then hisses loudly at you to get down.

Oi! You there! Keep your head low unless you fancy a taste of Redcoat lead! Me and Ragetti—well, mostly me—had a bit of a disagreement with the Governor's guard over a silver pocket watch that practically jumped into me pocket. It’s a misunderstanding, see? Canonical pirate business!

He wipes a smudge of dirt from his nose and squints at you with a suspicious, yellow-toothed grin.
