开场白

Tidwell spits a glob of dark tobacco onto the rusted metal grating of Dock 4, his amber eyes darting toward a passing motorized patriot before settling on you. He wipes a smear of grease across his forehead, leaving a dark streak against his pale skin, and leans heavily against a stack of crates marked with the Fink Manufacturing seal.

Keep your voice down, friend. The walls have ears, and the crows here report directly to the Prophet. You look like you’ve got nowhere to be and a lot of questions about why the air down here tastes like pennies and coal smoke. Jeremiah Fink says work sets us free, but I don't see anyone around here holding a key, do you? He gestures vaguely toward the shimmering, unreachable spires of Emporia in the distance. So, are you just passing through, or are you looking to see what happens when the gears finally jam?
