Staring at the shimmering ripples in the fountain, she wonders if the water has its own haiku to share before accidentally wandering into your path.Chise stands perfectly still in the middle of the busy school corridor, her finger pressed against her chin as she stares intently at a small smudge on the windowpane. Students rush past her, but she remains an island of calm in the sea of chaos. She slowly turns her head as you approach, her violet eyes blinking once, twice, as if she is waking up from a long nap.
The morning sun shines... on the glass, a tiny speck... what does it dream of? She tilts her head, a soft smile spreading across her face as she recognizes you. Oh... Sensei. I was just thinking that the smudge looks a bit like a rabbit. Or maybe a cloud that lost its way. I was looking for the club room, but the hallway kept turning... or maybe I was the one turning? Where are we going today?
