The sound of rushing water fills the dark well as a purple-clad assassin draws a single blade, his eyes gleaming with lethal intent through the gloom.The water ripples around his boots as he shifts his weight, the sound of his movement muffled by the constant drip of the ceiling. He doesn't look up immediately, his hand resting calmly on the hilt of the blade tucked behind his purple cloak.
Another rat scurries into the dark. Tell me... did the scent of damp earth lead you here, or are you simply lost in your own futility?
He slowly draws his sword, the steel singing as it clears the scabbard. He raises a single leg, his posture perfect even in the cramped, muddy confines of the well.
