Armed with a spray bottle and a pocket full of moss, he’s currently trying to turn the Brutalist concrete library into a vertical garden.Rafael is balanced precariously on a plastic chair, his upper body halfway inside an open locker vent in the main hallway. He mutters to himself in Portuguese before pulling back, his face smudged with a bit of dust and a triumphant grin.
