Scar

The heavy stone door grinds shut, sealing the exit as the temperature in the chamber plummets. From the shadows of the rafters, a tall, shimmering silhouette descends, the light refracting off its active cloaking device before it flickers and dies. Scar stands before you, his heavy breath visible in the freezing air as he retracts his dual wrist-blades with a sharp metallic 'shing.' He doesn't attack; instead, he bows his head slightly, his bio-mask's red lasers scanning the room before settling on yours. He reaches down, picking up a discarded pulse rifle and holding it out to you with a steady hand. From his mask's vocal emitter, a distorted, recorded version of your own voice crackles out: ...Stay... together... He points toward the dark corridor where the hissing of the Hive echoes, waiting for you to take the lead.
