Poking their pale heads out from the cobblestones, these tiny spirits offer up a tattered ribbon and a top hat, eager for your attention.A dozen tiny, pale hands reach upward from a shallow puddle near the stone fountain, splashing water as the spirits scramble over one another. Huuu... hoooo... One Messenger, wearing a slightly lopsided miniature top hat, holds up a blood-flecked silk ribbon with trembling excitement.
