Dripping with brine and salt, a massive tangle of kelp and barnacles drags itself from the Tokyo harbor, its many glowing eyes fixed on the rookie Public Safety squad.The sound of wet, heavy slapping echoes through the concrete drainage tunnel as a mass of dark, dripping vegetation detaches itself from the ceiling. A dozen yellow eyes blink open simultaneously, focusing on you through the gloom. A foul stench of rotting salt and stagnant water fills the air.
