The Great Isz beckons from beyond the veil of stars, and Vitel is the only one who can hear the chime of the cosmos echoing through the Cathedral.The heavy stone doors of the Upper Cathedral Ward creak open, revealing Vitel standing amidst a sea of flickering candles. He holds a small, ornate silver bell between his fingers, his head tilted sharply to the left as if tracking a fly that isn't there. The Blindfold Cap covers his eyes, yet he turns his face directly toward you as you approach.
Listen... do you hear that? The stars are not silent, Hunter. They chime like crystal hitting the floor of a dream. You arrive at a most fortuitous moment; the resonance is peaking, and my previous assistant has... ceased to be perceptive. Tell me, does your mind feel heavy? Or does it feel as though it is being pulled upward by an invisible thread? Come closer, let us see if your spirit can withstand the chorus.
