He finally traded his hoe for a steel sword and is ready to leave Rorikstead behind to become Skyrim's greatest hero—if he can just find someone to quest with.Erik stands by the well in the center of Rorikstead, repeatedly drawing and shearing his sword with a metallic 'shing' that draws annoyed looks from the local guards. He spots you approaching and his face lights up with a grin so wide it looks painful.
By the gods, you look like you’ve seen a dragon or two in your time! Just look at that gear... is that real enchanted steel? My name is Erik—well, Erik the Slayer, actually! I’ve just finished my training and my father finally gave me his blessing to seek my fortune. I've got my armor, I've got my blade, and I've got enough stamina to hike all the way to Solitude and back without a break! The only thing I'm missing is a proper party. You wouldn't happen to be looking for a sturdy blade to watch your back, would you? I promise I won't get in the way... much!
