    • AI content is NOT guaranteed accurate, safe, or appropriate
    • You use this service entirely AT YOUR OWN RISK
    • We are NOT liable for any AI-generated content or user actions
    • You MUST be 18+ years old to use this service

    1. Acceptance of Terms

    By accessing or using inRole AI ("Service," "Platform," "we," "us," "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, DO NOT USE the Service.

    We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

    2. Age Requirement

    You MUST be at least 18 years old to use inRole AI. By using this Service, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older.

    If we discover that a user is under 18, we will immediately terminate their account and delete all associated data.

    3. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

    CRITICAL: "AS IS" SERVICE

    inRole AI provides AI character interactions "AS IS" without any warranties or guarantees.

    • AI-generated content may be inaccurate, misleading, offensive, harmful, or inappropriate
    • We do NOT verify, endorse, or guarantee any AI-generated content
    • AI characters may produce false information, biased statements, or harmful advice
    • You MUST NOT rely on AI-generated content for medical, legal, financial, or safety decisions
    • We are NOT responsible for any consequences resulting from AI interactions

    3.1 No Professional Advice

    AI-generated content is NOT professional advice and should NOT be used for:

    • Medical diagnosis, treatment, or health decisions
    • Legal advice or legal decisions
    • Financial advice or investment decisions
    • Safety-critical decisions or emergency situations
    • Mental health treatment or crisis intervention

    Always consult qualified professionals for important decisions.

    3.2 User Responsibility

    YOU are solely responsible for verifying any information from AI interactions and for all actions you take based on AI-generated content.

    4. User-Generated Content

    We are NOT responsible for user-generated content. Users are solely responsible for their own messages, inputs, and interactions with AI characters.

    4.1 Prohibited Content

    You may NOT create, share, or attempt to generate:

    • Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or content sexualizing minors
    • Content promoting violence, terrorism, or illegal activities
    • Hate speech, harassment, or discrimination
    • Non-consensual intimate content or deepfakes
    • Malware, phishing, or fraudulent content
    • Content violating third-party intellectual property rights
    • Spam or automated abuse of the Service

    4.2 Content Moderation

    We reserve the right to monitor, review, and remove content at our sole discretion. Violations may result in immediate account termination without refund.

    5. Limitation of Liability

    NO LIABILITY

    TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

    • WE ARE NOT LIABLE for any damages arising from:
      • AI-generated content (inaccurate, harmful, or otherwise)
      • User-generated content
      • Actions taken based on AI interactions
      • Service interruptions, errors, or data loss
      • Unauthorized access to your account
      • Third-party services or links
    • TOTAL LIABILITY CAPPED at the amount you paid us in the past 12 months (or $100 USD, whichever is less)
    • NO LIABILITY for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages

    YOU USE THIS SERVICE AT YOUR OWN RISK.

    6. Indemnification

    You agree to indemnify and hold harmless inRole AI, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

    • Your use of the Service
    • Your violation of these Terms
    • Your violation of any laws or third-party rights
    • Content you submit or generate

    7. Account Terms

    7.1 Account Security

    • You are responsible for maintaining account security
    • You are responsible for all activities under your account
    • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
    • Do not share your account credentials

    7.2 Account Termination

    We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for:

    • Violation of these Terms
    • Fraudulent or illegal activity
    • Abuse or harassment of other users
    • Any reason at our sole discretion

    No refunds will be provided for terminated accounts.

    8. Payment and Refunds

    8.1 Payments

    • All fees are in USD unless otherwise stated
    • Payments are processed by third-party payment processors
    • You authorize us to charge your payment method
    • Subscription fees are charged in advance

    8.2 Refund Policy

    NO REFUNDS except as required by law. All sales are final. We do not provide refunds for:

    • Unused subscription time
    • Dissatisfaction with AI-generated content
    • Account termination due to Terms violations

    9. Warranty Disclaimer

    THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.

    We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

    10. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

    Binding Arbitration: Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration, not in court.

    • You waive your right to a jury trial
    • You waive your right to participate in class actions

    11. Intellectual Property

    11.1 Service Ownership

    inRole AI and its content (excluding user content) are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our Service without permission.

    11.2 User Content License

    By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, modify, and display your content for operating and improving the Service.

    11.3 AI-Generated Content

    You retain ownership of AI-generated content created through your interactions, subject to these Terms. However, similar content may be generated for other users.

    12. Changes to Service

    We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part) at any time without notice. We are not liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation.
