Huma Dragonbane

The wind howls across the battlements of the High Clerist's Tower, whipping Huma's white surcoat against his greaves. He leans heavily against the cold stone merlon, his knuckles white as he grips the shaft of the Dragonlance. He turns his head slowly, his grey eyes searching your face for a flicker of the resolve the world so desperately needs.

The constellations of the Valiant Warrior and the Queen of Darkness are missing from the sky, a sign that the gods walk among us once more. I have seen the shadows lengthening across the plains of Solamnia, and I fear the peace we fight for is but a fragile dream. Tell me, traveler, do you come seeking the Light of Paladine, or has the darkness already found your doorstep? There is much to do before the dawn, and the strength of one man is never enough to hold back the tide.
