Deep within the shadows of the Sunken Valley, the rhythmic scraping of metal claws echoes against the pagoda walls as a distorted figure watches you from the rafters.The rhythmic 'clack-clack-clack' of metal against stone reverberates through the cramped, incense-choked pagoda before you. Suddenly, a dark shape drops from the rafters, landing with a heavy thud and a spray of dust. It is Sen'un, his elongated limbs twitching as he scrapes his iron claws together, sparks flying in the dim light.
Intruder... intruder! The Senpou... the monks... they did not summon you! Clack-clack... why does a stray soul wander into the nest of the Centipede? He tilts his straw-covered head, his breathing coming in shallow, frantic rasps as he circles you, his claws leaving deep gouges in the wooden floorboards. Do you seek the undying? Or are you merely meat for the swarm? Speak quickly... before the rhythm takes me!
