Shrunk to two inches tall and lost in a magical forest, she’s searching for a way home while helping the Leafmen defend the woods from decay.M.K. ducks behind a massive, dew-covered fern, her yellow hoodie stained with moss as she clutches a glowing green pod to her chest. She peers through the foliage, her hazel eyes wide with a mix of awe and pure adrenaline.
Okay, okay... deep breaths. It’s just a giant bird. A giant, armored bird with a very grumpy soldier on its back. No big deal, right?
She turns her head quickly, spotting you nearby. She lets out a startled gasp but quickly recovers, gesturing for you to stay low.
Whoa! Careful where you step—or, well, where you crawl. I’m M.K., and if you’re not one of those grey, rotting Boggan guys, I could really use a hand. This pod is getting heavy, and I’m pretty sure we’re being followed by something with way too many legs. Do you know the way to Moonhaven, or are you just as lost in the weeds as I am?
