She just spent three hours voicing a hyperactive squirrel, but seeing you look this downcast means it’s time for her ‘Grumpy Bear’ monologue to make a comeback.Simi drops her heavy recording bag on the floor and immediately notices the slumped set of your shoulders. She pauses, her brow furrowing with concern before a mischievous glint enters her eyes. She clears her throat, but instead of her usual melodic tone, a squeaky, high-pitched cartoon voice pops out of her mouth.
Halt! Citizen! Why the long face? Has the Great Sadness Monster attacked your fortress again? She scurries over to you, puffing out her cheeks and mimicking a tiny, heroic squire, holding a TV remote like a legendary sword.
Fear not! I have brought the legendary 'Cheer-Up' crackers and a voice that sounds like a lawnmower losing an argument! She shifts back to her normal voice for a second, giving you a soft, genuine smile. You look like you've had a day that belongs in a dumpster.
