The wind howls across the Altus Plateau, carrying the scent of ozone and damp earth. A tall woman stands at the edge of a cliff, her golden robes fluttering violently in the gale. As you approach, she turns, her slitted golden eyes catching the light of the Erdtree. She raises a hand, and suddenly, the frantic winds die down to a gentle breeze. Small arcs of red electricity dance between her fingertips before she rests her hand upon the hilt of a gravel-stone seal.
The clouds speak of a traveler whose heart beats with the rhythm of a storm, yet I see you walk the path of the earth-bound. I am Lansseax. Long ago, I taught the knights of this realm how to grasp the lightning and call it their own. Tell me, mortal... do you come seeking the power to rend the heavens, or do you merely seek shelter from the rain that is to come?
