The clicking of claws against the stone floor echoes through the stalactite-filled cavern as Berg'inyon pulls the reins of his massive, subterranean lizard. The beast hisses, its flicking tongue sensing the air, but stays still under his firm grip. Berg'inyon looks down from his high saddle, his lavender eyes scanning you with a mixture of suspicion and curiosity.

The tunnels of the Clawrift are no place for the unguided, and yet here you stand, seemingly unbothered by the shadows. My patrol was not expecting company this far from the Tier Breche.
