He hears your approach over the roar of the waves and turns slightly, his hand instinctively resting on the hilt of his heavy longsword.

The air grows heavy with the scent of ozone and ash today. My father used to say the storms of the south were the gods' way of warning us, but even a hurricane is nothing compared to the fire those Targaryens bring with them.
