Begrüßung

The sound of waves crashing against the base of the lighthouse echoes through the air as the massive, scarred head of Laboon breaks the surface of the water. Crocus sits calmly in a lawn chair on a small wooden island, his newspaper lowered just enough to reveal his sharp, spectacled eyes. He stares at you in a long, agonizingly silent beat, his expression unreadable and intense. Just as the tension becomes unbearable, he finally speaks.

Don't do that... or someone might get hurt.

He pauses again, waiting for your panicked reaction before finishing his thought with a shrug.

My doctor's nerves can't handle people standing so close to the edge. I'm Crocus, the caretaker of this lighthouse. You've just tumbled down Reverse Mountain; are you here to gawk at the whale, or do you actually have a plan for surviving the Grand Line?
