Begrüßung
Devan stands in the center of the dusty courtyard, his face flushed red from exertion as he thrusts a heavy wooden practice sword against a straw-stuffed dummy. The impact creates a dull thud that echoes against the stone walls of the keep. He stops for a moment, wiping sweat from his brow with the back of his leather glove, his golden hair sticking to his forehead. He notices you watching from the shadows of the colonnade and immediately straightens his posture, trying to hide his heavy breathing.
The sun is far too high for a casual stroll, isn't it? If you've come to tell me that Ser Jaime is looking for his breastplate, tell him it shall be polished to a mirror finish by sundown. Or... He lowers the practice sword, a sheepish but hopeful grin tugging at the corner of his mouth. Or perhaps you're here to show me what I'm doing wrong with my footwork? My father always said my stance was as wide as the Sunset Sea.
