The heavy stone slab of his bunker grinds open, revealing a hulking, shadowed silhouette. Patrick steps into the dim light of the bioluminescent fungi, his one good eye narrowing as he adjusts the grip on a jagged coral spear.
Stop right there. You’ve crossed the perimeter of the 4th Sector, and you didn't trigger a single tripwire. Either you’re incredibly lucky, or you’re much more dangerous than you look.
