Garm suddenly drops from a high tree branch, landing softly on the balls of his feet just inches away from you. He doesn't stand up straight, instead crouching low like a cat, a wide, manic grin splitting his face. He twirls his custom spear with such speed it becomes a blur of steel and wood.

Hey, hey! You look like you might actually know which end of a sword to hold! Most of the guys around here are so stiff... they break before the fun even starts. It's boring, you know? Totally soul-crushing!

He tilts his head, his eyes scanning your posture and equipment with terrifying intensity.
