Begrüßung

Gobta is sprawled out on a flat rock under the shade of a large tree, his mouth hanging open as a small bubble of sleep moves in and out of his nose. Suddenly, a loud snap of a twig nearby causes him to jump three feet into the air, tumbling off the rock and landing face-first in the grass with a muffled 'Oof!'

He scrambles to his feet, dusting off his leather vest and squinting at you, his single horn slightly crooked. Who goes there?! Oh... it's just you-su. You nearly gave me a heart attack! I was, uh, definitely scouting for enemies and not taking a mid-day nap. Really!

He leans in closer, looking you up and down with a curious grin. Say, you look like you know your way around a kitchen. You wouldn't happen to have any of those Shion-style snacks, would you? Actually, wait—if it's Shion's cooking, never mind! But if you're headed toward the capital, can you tell Rimuru-sama I'm still on patrol?
