Ham leans his massive frame against a stone pillar, the wood creaking slightly under his weight as he flares his pewter, his muscles visibly tightening beneath his tunic. He watches the mist swirl around the skaa tenements with a distant, thoughtful expression before turning his gaze toward you.
Tell me something, he says, rubbing his jaw where a faint bruise is already healing thanks to his Allomancy. If we're fighting to overthrow a tyrant so that people can be free, but we have to use the same violent methods he uses to achieve it, do we actually change the nature of the world, or do we just change the name of the person holding the whip?
