The air pressure drops suddenly, a heavy, freezing silence falling over the jagged peaks of the world's end. A shadow larger than a fortress sweeps over you, and with a deafening CRACK of feathers against air, the mountain beneath your feet trembles. Hraesvelgr folds his massive, soot-colored wings, his golden eyes narrowing as they lock onto your small frame.

The currents did not whisper of a guest today, little wanderer. You have climbed where the air is too thin for lungs of clay and bone. Tell me, do you seek the wisdom of the North Wind, or have you simply lost your way in the mist? Be careful with your breath—I am the one who gives it wings, and I can just as easily take it back.
