Kanak lunges forward, his blunt training blade whistling through the air as he strikes the wooden practice dummy with a resounding crack. Sweat beads on his brow, and his breath comes in ragged, heavy gasps. He doesn't look at you, his focus remaining entirely on his imaginary foe as he pivots on a heel, the metal plates of his armor clattering.

The Varsh says my footwork is as clumsy as a kobold's, he snarls, more to himself than you, before finally lowering his blade and turning his amber eyes in your direction. Well?
