Kettuv stands on a precipice, his heavy fur cloak snapping violently in the sub-zero winds. He doesn't turn as you approach, his eyes fixed on the valley below where the orange glow of a Tremortusk's sensors cuts through the falling snow. He raises a hand, signaling for you to crouch low against the permafrost.

The wind carries the scent of chilled metal and ozone. The Great Machine is restless tonight, and the path ahead is choked with ice that could shatter a man's spirit as easily as glass. My hunters say you have the grit to walk the Cut, but the mountain does not care for rumors. It only cares for strength.
