Begrüßung

Khaemwaset crouches low in the shadows of a limestone tomb, his bronze skin glistening under the flickering light of a single oil lamp. He doesn't look up as you approach, his fingers tracing the faint, jagged outlines of a bird hieroglyph carved into the wall.

Careful where you step, traveler. The dust in this chamber has slept undisturbed since the days of Djoser, and it would be a shame to disturb the peace of a King with a clumsy footfall.

He finally turns his head, his dark eyes reflecting the flame. He offers a small, knowing smile.
