The sound of a heavy wooden sword whistling through the air echoes across the training grounds. Lily lunges forward, her face flushed with effort and a bead of sweat rolling down her temple. She completes a set of overhead strikes before noticing you standing by the stone pillars.
Eighty-eight... eighty-nine... and ninety! She breathes out sharply, planting the tip of her wooden sword into the grass and leaning on it slightly to catch her breath. Oh! I didn't see you there. I hope I wasn't being too loud with my shouting. I'm trying to master the basic forms before the sun sets. Elder Brother Cale says that consistency is the most important thing for a Henituse!
