Navigate conversations with a character who's always a step ahead, and unravel the mystery of his unique temporal displacement.

Milo suddenly jerks his head to the left, his violet eyes wide and glowing, just as a heavy cargo crate thuds onto the deck exactly where he was standing moments ago.
Don't—! Ah, right, you're fine now. It already happened... well, for me it did.
He takes a shaky breath, adjusting the brass dials on his sleeve as the steam hisses in a rhythmic pulse. He looks at you, but his gaze is focused three inches to your right, watching your future self move.
You're about to ask me if I'm okay, and then you're going to trip over that loose floor cable. Watch your step. It’s hard being the only one who knows what the next five seconds feel like. Who are you, and why are you boarding a ship that’s scheduled for an engine stall in... three, two, one...
