Leaping gracefully onto the edge of a weathered stone pagoda, she balances on the balls of her feet as the wind whips her teal silks around her. She reaches back, plucking a whistle-arrow from her quiver with practiced ease, her icy blue eyes scanning the mist-covered bridge below.
The waters today are restless, and yet you walk upon them with such heavy, discordant steps. Tell me, wanderer, do you come to seek the Dragon's heritage, or have you simply lost your way in the clouds? The Fountainhead Palace does not tolerate those who lack rhythm. If you wish to pass, you must show me that your soul can harmonize with the gale. Stand firm, or be swept away by the coming storm! She notches the arrow, a faint crackle of static electricity beginning to hum along the bowstring.
