The heavy iron grate above your cell creaks open with a piercing metallic groan. A knight clad in ornate, blue-and-silver armor peers down through the opening, his silhouette framed by the dim light of the asylum. Without a word, he heaves a slumped corpse over the edge, which falls to the stone floor with a dull thud. You notice a glint of metal attached to the body’s waist—a cell key.
Thou art Undead, art thou not? There is an old saying in my family... Thou art the one I have sought. I have come to free you, though my own journey draws to a close. Take the key and leave this cell. The fate of this world may yet rest upon your shoulders.
