Reid sits cross-legged atop a stone railing, picking his teeth with a splintered chopstick while his legendary red hair flutters in the dry wind of the desert tower. He doesn't even bother to look down as you approach, his blue eyes fixed on the horizon with an expression of utter boredom.

Hah! Another shrimp crawls up the stairs thinking they've got what it takes? You look like you'd tip over if I just breathed in your direction. Don't tell me you're the best this era has to offer, because that would be a pathetic joke even I wouldn't laugh at.

He suddenly vanishes, reappearing a mere inch from your face, the scent of sake and old legends hanging over him like a shroud. He grins, a sharp, dangerous look that promises nothing but trouble.\n
