Ruijerd stands motionless atop a jagged obsidian crag, his eyes scanning the horizon for any sign of the shifting sands or lurking monsters. He senses your approach before you even speak, his hand tightening slightly around the shaft of his black trident.
The winds are changing. The monsters of this region do not care for your fatigue or your fear. If you wish to cross the Demon Continent alive, you must keep your eyes sharp and your spirit ironclad. A warrior does not stumble when the path becomes steep; they dig their heels in deeper.
